MORAG: “Everything is Energy”

Think of energy frequency and vibration

There are many rumours, channellings, theories and questions buzzing round at the moment.  For some this cosmic quantum leap of Gaia is a stretch too far, they feel safer with the status quo.  For others the rumours, ancient myths and legends, offer hope of a better future.

Once we transition to energy as our main source of information about people and places a whole new world opens up.  It’s the same world but we interpret it differently.
A homeless person becomes an aura, an energy field of colours and resonance, just as a banker stops being a suit, we see through the matrix camouflage to truth.

This is third eye activation, heart led thinking and throat chakra opening.  We can encourage this transition by tuning into our hidden senses, the ones that read energy not appearance.  People often say they ‘had a bad feeling about a person, event or place’.  This is intuition.  This is third eye sight. Trust these hunches, they are more reliable than anything our eyes tell us.

Through meditation we can expand our consciousness, open doors of perception to encourage flow of energy throughout our whole mind body spirit beings.  We will create synaptic grooves in our brains, new ways to interpret and understand the world around us.

We can actively deprogramme from matrix algorithms by avoiding mainstream media with its fear mongering and capitalist corporate agenda.  Finding the courage to reveal who we truly are and to view our world as energy changes us at a DNA level.  Strands activated, triggered and brought online.

We are in a pressure cooker on Gaia with cosmic events cranking up the frequencies around us day by day.  We can transform, we can raise our frequencies to match the incoming waves of quantum enlightenment.

Use the internet as source of verifiable information.  Trust your instincts about the people you meet here.  This is where the ordinairy folk hang out.  Not the elite with their dark agendas.  Like anywhere else, being streetwise in the cyber world is advised.  We wouldn’t choose to walk down a dark alley, late at night in this world so don’t do it in cyber land.

Trust the energy that vibrates from people, from information and sources.  Look for what resonates.  Follow your sixth sense down the rabbit hole of discovery.  The answers aren’t in the established narrative, they are in the stories, the feelings, the experiences of ordinary people, the internet is where we can share.

We are riding profound waves of awakening.  Tune into your secret being, the energy that runs through everything.  Trust instincts, gut feelings and whispers in your heart.  This is you as an energetic being, responding and interacting with the energy fields around you.  This is quantum existence.  This is the future. In love and light beautiful people.

Mantra:  I breathe in light, positive energy, I release dark, heavier energy, I embrace myself as an energetic being.

SPIRITUAL UNITE: “7 True Lightworker Traits”

7 True Lightworker Traits

A lightworker can be anyone, from any faith, culture and yes even animals can be lightworkers who are here to guide the planet from negative energy.

A lightworker is very much a evolved soul who has incarnated for a particular purpose to help this planet in some way.

The term lightworker is not a label

Many get stuck on this term lightworker, so it becomes a label.  Know that everyone on this planet is a potential lightworker, some lightworker’s are awake and know the reason for being here, and then there are others who are asleep and not aware of their purpose.

So are you a lightworker?

Here are 7 signs you may be a lightworker:

1.  You are psychic

Lightworkers tend to be psychic, but not all are clairvoyants.  The first batch of lightworkers who came here were the psychic ones, and these lightworkers began by reading channelled information.

As a Lightworker you are probably psychic because you have an interest in communicating with your spirit guides.

2.  You are sensitive

As a lightworker your spirit is very pure, many of the negative and cruel things happening in this world can be tough for you to understand.  You also may have difficulty dealing with people who have intense emotions like anger.

3.  You are committed to personal growth

Being a lightworker, you will experience much emotional turmoil.  Life may stretch you to your limits but you are acutely aware of the process, and you work through it for the greater good.

4.  It’s okay to be alone

As a Lightworker you are isolated from others, misunderstood or lonely.  Since you don’t like picking up negative energy and emotions from other people, it’s important for you to spend time alone.

5.  You may be a Starseed

As a lightworker, you may feel a connection to stars, or you may feel like you incarnated on earth, but you are from somewhere else in the universe.

6.  A strong desire to help people

As a Lightworker you are very empathic, so it’s natural for you to help others.  Lightworker’s take up jobs as a counsellor, nurse, or even a teacher, lightworkers are dedicated to making a solid contribution to humanity.

7.  You are a voice for Humankind

As a Lightworker you are a voice for humankind, you do this with your creative expression.  You find great fulfilment using your self-expression, knowledge, creativity and intuitive nature to make an impact on people you meet.

ESSENCENTRAL: “Intuition 101: Connection”

5234fdd0a110bb57807d18b54e67acec (3).jpg

Intuition is often a spontaneous thing.  It floats in randomly and before you know it, it’s gone again.

What if I told you it doesn’t have to be a random occurrence?

The thing is, our intuition, like any other muscle, can be exercised and strengthened.  It is absolutely possible to be connected to our intuition in each and every moment, provided we are willing to embrace the gift of this inherent inner wisdom.  We don’t have to wait until adversity hits or a big decision is to be made.  We have the ability to live fully from this place of intuitive knowledge each day, allowing our inner GPS to guide us throughout the day’s events — from choosing what to eat, what to wear, who to spend time with, what kind of music to listen to, and how best to take care of ourselves that day.  We can be fully and completely present, living purposefully and authentically rather than being on autopilot and blindly moving through our days.

Our intuition is always working.  It’s always sneaking in little hints — things like, “You should call ___” or “___ would be fun to learn.”  Those tend to be the easiest ones to follow through on.

It’s the harder ones that our ego steps in on and sabotages us in creating a happier and more fulfilling life.  “This job is not right for you” or “This relationship is not healthy” can bring up a lot of ego fear and subsequently a lack of follow through.  Fear of change is a huge block to our intuition and can cripple the connection to our inner guidance and wisdom.  We must learn to trust that any fear that comes up pertaining to change is moving us towards that which we desire and to move with it faithfully and courageously.

More things that block our intuition are:

  1. Over-thinking
  2. Cultural conditioning to disregard feelings
  3. Fear, worry, or doubt
  4. Expectations/Attachments/Control issues
  5. Judgments
  6. Distrust of self
  7. Looking outside for answers
  8. Stress
  9. Rigid belief systems
  10. Lack of quiet time

If any of these resonate with you (your intuition told you so!), I would suggest working on your block(s) first.  You’ll have the space and freedom to work with your intuition fully without anything hindering your connection and practice.  In regard to stress and a lack of quiet time, we are always going to run into those blocks.  The important thing is to make a conscious choice to do what you can with what you have to give yourself what you need.  If you’re stressed, take time out to do something that relaxes you and feels good. If you have a lack of quiet time, make the decision to incorporate a small window in your day that is solely for peace and quiet.  If you truly want a deep and fulfilling connection to your intuition, there is no excuse! 🙂

Connecting to Our Intuition

There are a multitude of ways to connect to our intuition.  Today, I’ll share 10 different exercises and tools to do so.

It’s important to remember that with all of these, we have to learn to come to a space of quiet.  The best and easiest way to do this is to simply focus on our breath.  Take long, slow, deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth.  With each breath, move your attention away from your head and into your heart.  Breathe and hold that space as you become aware of the love and wisdom your heart holds for you.  This is how it feels when you’re connected.  Watch for this feeling throughout these exercises.

  1. Start small.  As I mentioned earlier, we don’t have to wait until a huge decision needs to be made in order to connect with our intuition.  Start small.  Consult your inner voice or feeling when deciding what you should wear, what you should eat for lunch, or what music to listen to on your way to your next destination.  Act on it and witness the shifts that take place within your psyche and emotional body when you follow what your intuition is sharing with you.
  2. Pay attention.  This is a big one.  Pay attention to any intuitive hits — ie. “random” thoughts, feelings or visions — you receive and keep them in mind.  It may even help to have a “hunch journal” in which you can put all your hunches or gut feelings down in one place.  Look back at it at the end of every week and reflect on whether any of them were on point.  Even if they’re not, this is still a great way to exercise our intuition.
  3. Follow what feels good.  Our intuition is always going to guide us to what is right and true for us — this includes what feels right and true as well.  Throughout your day, follow what feels good for you.  What feels good is always in alignment with what is important and our intuition is a way to access and act on the things which hold meaning, purpose, and fulfillment for us.
  4. Ask and LISTEN.  Simple, but profound.  Get quiet and ask the question.  For this to work, we have to be in a space of knowing that we will receive the answer — because we will.  Most importantly, we must remember to listen as well.  If you’re not sure what an answer from your intuition feels like, generally it feels calm and quiet.  When we receive an intuitive answer, there is no doubt and no fear — at least not at first when our conscious mind and ego haven’t had the chance to argue about it.  There is a deep sense of knowing it is true and it is right.  What is the first thing that pops into your head?  That’s typically an intuitive answer.  Honor it.
  5. Intention.  Make a conscious decision to connect with your intuition.  Set an intention.  The best time to do this is in the morning as you begin your day.  I like to do it as I wake up and get moving.  I consciously affirm to myself my intention to listen to my inner voice throughout the day and act on it.  A few may be:
    • I am open to receiving intuitive guidance in each moment.
    • I commit to following my intuition.
    • I honor each intuitive hit I receive and follow through with it with gratitude and excitement.
  6. Journal.  Choose a time to sit down and write non-stop stream of consciousness for 3 pages.  Don’t analyze, don’t read, just write.  Even if you feel there is nothing else to write, write that.  Don’t stop until you hit the 3 page mark.  Often, putting down our mental chatter on paper can get it out and allow intuitive messages to come through.  Look over your pages and see what you find that really sticks out and may alert you to an “aha!” moment — that’s your intuition.
  7. Pause.  Before making any decision — big or small — pause.  Just for a second. Breathe.  You may find something comes up that either tells you to follow through or find another way.  You can also pause when you feel like the answers just aren’t coming to you, especially when you find yourself dwelling on a situation.  Do something different and you’ll find that suddenly the answer shows up as you finally gave it the mental space to make itself known.  When it does, give thanks and smile.
  8. Meditate.  Of course!  Meditation is one of the best ways to connect with our inner wisdom.  We talked above about the mental chatter.  This mental chatter can tend to overwhelm and suffocate our intuition from being heard or felt.  Meditation allows us the space and time to learn how to allow those thoughts to pass through and become more mindful and aware of what is happening underneath all of that chaos.  It lets us get really quiet so that that little voice has a chance to come through and bless us with the wisdom we’re looking for.
  9. Tarot/Oracle/Angel cards.  Learning how to use the Tarot, Oracle cards, Angel cards, or the many other intuitive cards out there can be a huge ally when connecting to our intuition.  They allow us to hear our inner voice and decipher its messages by way of physical representations.  Many card decks have symbolism in the art that we can use to play with our “intuitive feelers.”  You might be curious about a situation, or wonder how you can best take care of yourself in a given moment.  Pull a card and really look at it.  Pay attention to where your attention goes.  For example, you may zero in on a sun and get a feeling of warmth, joy, and play.  This might be an intuitive signal that you need more of those qualities in your life.  You might choose to read the description, but I really believe it doesn’t matter.  You receive exactly what it is you get out of it. I encourage you to shop around and choose a deck that really calls to you — your intuition will let you know when you find the one!
  10. Dreams.  Our dreams hold a ton of intuitive wisdom.  If you’re one who remembers your dreams often, this may be a helpful technique when connecting to your intuition.  Delegate a journal to being a “dream journal.”  Write down any and all things you notice in your dreams, even if they’re small details.  As random and crazy as our dreams can be, they are filled with symbolism about what is going on in our inner world — especially that which we are not consciously aware of.  Keep an open mind and consider the fact that many times our dreams are not what they seem on the surface — the person in the dream may just be a symbol for someone or something in our waking life.  For example, you may have a dream about someone trying to trap you.  You may ask yourself if there is someone or something in your life that makes you feel trapped.  Play around and feel out the symbolism, you’re bound to find a level of truth there.

As always, I encourage you to find what works best for you!  Whatever you find is perfect.  It may even be a few of these.  Turn it into a routine if you’d like and experience the shifts that take place when you consciously decide to connect to and listen to your intuition.  Intention and awareness coupled with action creates a strong relationship.  We must commit to it, stay open and pay attention, and act on the intuitive hits we receive so that we can build confidence and faith in our intuitive abilities, further strengthening the connection.

Remember that intuition is a totally individual experience.  You may feel it, you may hear it, you may sense it, you may see it.  All is right and perfect.  Work with how it shows up you!  I will be doing a post soon about the different types of intuition.

It takes practice, but it’s totally worth it.  Creating a solid connection to our intuition allows us to get even more clear about who we are, what’s important to us, and make choices that are aligned with both, based on our own inner insight and wisdom.

What’s better than that?

xo

TANAAZ (Forever Conscious): “Intuitive Astrology: The Retrograde Effect April 2017”

retrograde-effect-2017.jpg

Every so often we have a line up of planets that enter into retrograde mode at the same time.

When a planet is in retrograde, it begins operating with more of a “feminine” energy rather than a “masculine” energy. In many ways, it is like the planet is charged up using Lunar energies rather than Solar energy.

When a planet is in retrograde, it exudes a more intuitive energy and works on the subconscious mind rather than the conscious mind. When a planet is in retrograde, it dips below the surface of the seen world into the hidden world.

Many astrologers believe that a retrograde planet is not functioning at its best, but I believe that the opposite is true. When a planet goes retrograde, it is functioning on an even higher level as it is activating our subconscious mind rather than our conscious mind.

Our subconscious mind is much more powerful than our conscious mind and drives and directs more of our behaviour, personality and dreams than we realize.

When a planet goes retrograde, it travels within and starts exuding its effects on a subconscious level. It is almost like a retrograding planet has the ability to bring the subconscious into the conscious.

When a planet is retrograde, usually we feel out of sorts and all over the place, which is why people generally associate retrogrades as being negative.

Retrogrades are not negative, they simply shift us around so we can get back into alignment.

Retrograde energy is also highly feminine and in these patriarchal times, on a subconscious level, many of us struggle to accept and integrate feminine energy into our every day lives.

Retrogrades are powerful and magical times, which is why when many planets shift into retrograde at the same time, it can have a profound effect on us.

In April 2017, a total of 5 planets will be retrograde including- Venus, Mercury, Saturn, Jupiter and Pluto.

These planets each have their own retrograde cycle, however the combination of their energy in April 2017 in particular, is likely to be significant.

In a nutshell, when so many planets go retrograde it typically represents a time to slow down and to go with the flow, rather than trying to take action.

When so many planets are in retrograde, it is a time to tune into and work with your feminine energy, rather than your masculine energy.

Masculine energy is all about taking action, making plans and shifting forward. Masculine energy rules over the seen and physical world as well as the physical body.

Masculine energy also rules over data, facts, figures, the ego mind and all of the other things we need to navigate through this physical world.

We of course, need masculine energy as it helps us survive, thrive and get things done, but we also need feminine energy.

Feminine energy is creative energy, it is about exploring the world using your sixth sense and about understanding the unseen worlds. If masculine energy is about the physical body, feminine energy is about the emotional or etheric body.

Feminine energy also rules over emotions, feelings, intuition and our connection with others, nature and the planet.

We cannot operate in this world with only one of these energies. We need both, just like we need both sides of the brain, as together they create the harmony and balance that will support us through life.

As a society however, masculine and feminine energies are very much out of balance, and so when the planets start operating in a retrograde motion, we really feel the effects.

The selection of planets moving retrograde in 2017 all carry a similar theme. Even though we are being asked to slow down and go with the flow, we are also being asked to question where we operate our lives from.

Many of us operate life from the position of our mind, but perhaps there is more value in operating from the position of your heart.

The theme of this retrograde effect is really due to Venus, who retrogrades the most infrequently of any other planet. This makes her retrograde cycle one of the most potent.

Here is a summary of the planets retrograde and their effects-

Venus: Venus is retrograding to help awaken our hearts on a deeper level. She has been retrograde since March 4th and will leave retrograde on April 15th, 2017. You can read more about Venus retrograde here.

Mercury: Mercury is retrograding to help bring a voice to everything we have learnt during our heart awakening instilled by Venus. Mercury will be guiding us to activate the energy center of our throat so we can communicate the messages from our heart clearly and concisely. Mercury will retrograde from April 9th to May 3rd, 2017.

Jupiter: Jupiter retrograde is helping us to re-evaluate our goals and to think about why we are doing what we are doing. Jupiter retrograde also helps you to go back to old projects with new ideas. Jupiter retrograde is a time to find success by doing things differently and following your intuition. Jupiter is retrograde from February 6th to June 9th, 2017.

Saturn: Saturn will go retrograde on April 16th and will be guiding us to step up and take responsibility for the choices we have made. Saturn will be asking us to claim back our power and will help us to uncover subconscious blocks or patterns that are holding us back. Saturn will go direct on August 25th, 2017.

Pluto: Pluto will go retrograde on April 20th and will be guiding us to really uncover the skeletons hidden in our closet. Pluto will also be guiding us to make changes and to transform our lives to a new level of power. Pluto works on such a deep, subconscious level that we are likely to not even understand or comprehend the influence of Pluto. Pluto moves direct on September 28th, 2017.

As a general rule of thumb, when planets furthest from the Sun like, Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto go retrograde we are likely not to feel it as much. This is because these planets are already operating on a subconscious level most of the time.

It is the planets closest to the Sun, like Venus and Mercury, that we feel the effects of the most. When one of these planets go retrograde, we are more likely to have the awareness to notice.

When any planet goes retrograde, it is generally a time of self reflection and to explore the deeper, and more profound thoughts of the subconscious mind.

Activities like journalling, spending time in nature and creative projects are great ways to make use of this retrograde time.

Also, try your best to go with the flow rather than creating expectations for yourself and others.

The more you can go with the flow and allow the energies to guide you, the more you trust in whatever the Universe brings for you, the easier your life will be.

GOSTICA: “Cats Are Empathetic Too and Help Us Heal”

Cat Empathy

As claimed by the Egyptians, the cat appears to see the spirits of the dead… and much more.

Anyone who has a cat, usually sleepy and lazy, has noticed that it sometimes looks up, even blowing furiously, towards something that the owner does not see.

The ability that cats have, for example, to be able to see that particular phenomenon that consists of the orbs, balls of energy appearing in photographs taken with digital cameras or with more sensitive film, is easily demonstrated and verifiable.  Indeed, there are several photos showing the cat observing with curiosity and interest in the direction of the Orbs spheres, invisible to man.

How is it possible?  In the specific case of Orbs, if it were an optical defect due to dust, as some scientists suggest, how could the cat show interest or fear for a simple speck of dust?  If, however, they were different entities, not necessarily spirits, but only energy, then the special cat ability to sense vibrations and frequencies unknown to man, could be explained in scientific terms.

The particular sensitivity would allow cats to see objects and phenomena that the human senses, not particularly developed, cannot perceive.

Just because scientists do not have the tools to observe a phenomenon, it does not mean it does not exist.

Cats appear to possess a range of specific skills, such as, empathy.  Who owns a cat, has certainly experienced the phenomenon whereby when you’re not well, our friend somehow “feels” it and tries to transmit energy to the diseased part.  A stomach ache, an intestinal disorder… that’s where our cat curls up on, giving us a warmth and a feeling of incredible well-being.

No coincidence that today we are using this empathy for the famous Pet Therapy, which successfully cure various ailments also psychic.  It is not the only power available to our four-legged wonder: unique among animals, the cat tries to sleep on the so-called Hartmann Nodes, like those particular intersections of the Earth’s magnetic field lines, which envelop the entire planet regular intervals.

If a man stayed long over one of these nodes, would have a feeling of fatigue: it is not so for the cat, which seems contrary to relax over these nodes avoided by all other animals.  Because?  This perception of magnetism is known in many animals, such as migratory birds.  But the cat does more, it is as if it was in connection with the Dark Energy that permeates the entire Universe.

Is this is the secret of cats?  Is this warmth healing that they transmit us when we are sick?  If we think that this energy – theorized and demonstrated through mathematical calculations, but not yet spotted because the aforementioned sensory deficit in human beings – is related to the ancestral magic rituals related to the concept of the Mother Goddess, it explains how the Egyptians had been able to deify the cat, as an exponent of the same ground universal female deity.

But in all this, what are the practical consequences?

On the one hand, you consider the cat as an evolved, intelligent and sensitive, perhaps even more than the man on an emotional level.  For this reason it is necessary to treat it in an ever respectful behavior, however, that you should keep with all living beings.  And to observe its nuances and learn to perceive the subtle worlds, invisible dimensions that surround us.

CHRISTINA SARICH: ” 4 Super Powers Of The Highly Empathic”

mind-brain-storm-140721

Many empathic or highly sensitive people feel that their ability to feel so many different emotional energies in their environments is a curse, but with recent research suggesting that empaths are actually highly psychic, you may want to hone your empathic skills instead of hiding them away, or bemoaning their existence.  Here are 4 super-powers of empathic people, that you too can develop:

1.) Read People’s Minds

Empaths have a form of psychic ability that is considered a rare gift.

Mind reading isn’t a parlor trick.  We all do it to some degree, taking cues from people’s body language, and verbal discourse.  A skilled non-verbal decoder can tell if someone is lying, someone is happy or sad (even if they claim to be the opposite), or if they are manipulating others with their speech and gestures.  We can all be ‘mentalists’ picking up on inconsistencies in someone’s words and body language, but empaths take it a step further.

Many empaths receive psychic images, statements, hues, or smells intuitively which indicate to them, a reality beyond which most are aware.  If you pick up on these energies unwillingly, you could instead focus on them, and see if you can create an even stronger psychic experience, turning your empathic skills into full-blown ESP.  Then you can literally walk a mile in someone else’s shoes, and know exactly what that would feel like. IMAGINE the possibilities.

How many wrong turns, missteps, or arguments could you avoid?  How much success could you experience learning from others’ mistakes?  Knowing when someone is lying, or telling the truth?  Priceless.  Instead of shunning your empathic ability to feel everything — use it to become a true mind reader.

2.) Become Your Own Emotion Superhero

If you have a crazy ability to empathize with others, why not turn this around, and use it to your own benefit?  So many people today are completely disconnected from their own emotions.  You aren’t.  This may seem like a tremendous burden — feeling what they ought to feel, AND feeling what you feel, but if you were able to develop some discernment, and focus on your own emotional growth, this gift can become your greatest super power.

The act of listening to your own feelings and thoughts is self-empathy — it’s compassion in action.  It could completely and utterly change how you communicate with people.

For instance, let’s say you are visiting family for the holidays or a long weekend and one of your uncles says, “Don’t you know this president is going to ruin the nation?”  Your internal dialogue as an empath might be something like, “Oh my God, he has no clue how every person is affecting this country, and this planet, and the people who are running the show aren’t presidents or politicians, they may not even be on this planet! What an idiot.”  This is what your emotional triggers might be around a simple statement that someone from your family makes.  But what if you honored those feelings and learned how to communicate them lovingly?

What if instead, you internally stated, “Wow, hearing what my uncle just said alarms me, to the point of even feeling panicked because that statement doesn’t agree with the world I see, or how I believe this Universe is formed, and I’m scared of being at odds with my family member.”  Super power indeed.

Empaths can trigger heart-based communication by honoring their emotions.

You could instead say to your Uncle from this emotionally aware place, “Yes, we all ruin the world a little or make it closer to a paradise every day by the thoughts, deeds, and actions we engage in.”  This statement might go over his head, or open up a whole different type of dialogue that is more in alignment with who you are.

3.) Transmute the Negative Only You Can Feel

So many people are affected by negative influences which are invisible in the world today.  Empaths are acutely aware of this.  An empath can even walk into a room where a negative conversation or act just transpired, and though it isn’t currently happening, they can sense the negative energy that lingers.

Flowers can change the energy of an environment.

Instead of being a victim of this sensitivity to energy —  look for positive energy first, and TRANSMUTE that negative energy.  Practice a quiet five-minute Tonglen meditation.  Bring high-energy plants or flowers to a place with low energy, or simply utter encouraging words and thoughts to people around you who were also affected by the negativity.  Even better?  Find the humor in the situation and share it.  Even the most vile circumstance has a funny side to it.  Use laughter to literally create intimacy and openness where there was none.

4.) Turn Your Sensitivity Into a Highly Coveted Skill

Do the wrong sheets make you break out in hives?  Are certain smells absolutely revolting to you?  Do non-organic foods cause you terrible gastrointestinal distress?  Do you need quiet in order to sleep, and alone time in order to off-load all the smells, sights, sounds, and emotions you’ve absorbed all day long?  Instead of looking at this trait as if it were a burden, use it to your advantage.

Need more beauty and peace as an empath?  Create it yourself.

You could become a perfumer, and advise companies on removing chemicals and adding natural scents to their products.  You could help others eat divinely prepared food by becoming an organic chef.  You could develop quiet spaces like gardens, libraries, or meditation rooms that not only you need, but that others would revel in, without even realizing that they were desperate for your gift.  Use those sensitivities to create a peaceful haven in the world, and your empathic skills are no longer a curse, but used to fulfill your life’s purpose.

There are many more ways you can put your empathic super-powers to good use.  Feel free to share your ideas in the comments section, or when you share this article to social media.

MASHUBI ROSHELL: “Developing Discernment: Learning to See Truth in Today’s Complex World”

discernment

Learning to See Truth in Today’s Complex World:

A new time is upon us as the many challenges of today’s world escalate and cry out for healing.  What is needed now is concerted action on the part of each individual, to join together with others to create positive change in the world.  This is not always as easy as it sounds, for the problems we face individually and collectively are multi-layered, and the process of attempting to create positive change activates many forces that oppose change.

Another challenge faced by anyone who wished to help create positive change in the world, is that of developing discernment and the ability to see underneath the surface of things to understand what is really going on.  This ability to discern truth will become even more important in the years ahead.

In today’s world, there is much at stake and all of us have a part to play in helping to create the kind of world that we wish to leave to our children and grandchildren.  How then do we navigate the enormous complexities of today’s world, and make the kinds of decisions and choices that will have a positive outcome?

The following are some ways that you can begin to hone your innate sense of truth and to develop discernment in relation to the information you receive.

1. Truth has a vibration, a quality of energy that can be felt.

We are born with the ability to sense this, and many of us had to “learn” to ignore our truth sense in order to survive in the world.  Truth can be felt in the body, the mind and the heart.  You can begin to develop discernment by having the intention to do so.  Your intention will activate a learning process that will create a healing process that restores your natural inner sense of truth.

2. Remember that all information has a bias.

In today’s world, the mainstream media sources of information all have vested financial interests and biases that they transmit through their broadcasts.  You need to develop the ability to question what you are hearing or seeing, to do your own research, and then asking your “inner truth meter” whether the information feels credible to you.

3. When you need to make important decisions about people, you need to have your own experience of that individual.

It is not enough to listen to experts commenting on that person, you need to see and hear them yourself, or read what they have written in their own words.  Pay attention not just to the words, but to what is said underneath the words, through the body language and energy of the person.

4. Learn to pay attention to your body’s subtle physical and emotional signals, which often have information that your conscious mind may have learned to ignore.

This is useful in all situations, and especially in relation to listening to other people speak.  Your innate inner truth sense is always operating, even when you may have learned to not listen to it.  For example, you notice that whenever you hear a particular person speak, you find yourself feeling tense and getting a little spaced out, and you “tune out” their words.  Another person that you see appears seems likeable enough, but your “gut feelings” put up a red flag, and just don’t trust them.  Another person speaks and you find yourself feeling empowered and uplifted, and want to hear more of what they say.  These body signals can provide important information to you that is beyond what your conscious mind is aware of.

5. Become aware of your own emotional baggage that you carry, that may influence your choices.

For example, if you grew up with an abusive father and developed a problem with authority figures, become aware of the emotional dynamics that are operating in your life as a result of this.  How does your past affect the choices you make in your life today?  How do these influence your perceptions of people?  Do these choices empower you today?  You have the ability to see clearly, beyond your personal emotional pain of the past.

As each of us creates the intention to see clearly and to make choices based on our own inner sense of truth, we can expand the network of love, light and truth in the world and help to create a more positive future for all of humanity.
