Further recalibration of our mind body soul system is kicking in. Huge shifts in consciousness are now available. Chakra activation and expansion requires self care, listening to our changing needs and responding.

Root chakra excavation is ongoing. Releasing stuck dense childhood, ancestral and past life karma drains us. This can also affect our digestion and ability to process heavier foods. Raw food, salads and vegetables help to keep things moving, energetic flow.

A growing awareness of meat as animal is common, we may feel unable to consume meat the way we used to. Plastic wrapped meat has disconnected us from the animal, the living creature. Seek alternatives in your diet.

Solar plexus and sacral chakra upgrades can make us feel sea sick. Lightening our system, unplugging from matrix toxins, is a very physical element of this transition to crystalline beings. Many will be experiencing upset stomachs, digestion issues and loss of appetite.

Let go of old behaviour patterns. Listen to your body. Aim for smaller, regular portions of healthy food. This offers our systems clean fuel every 2 to 3 hours to power us through this transition.

We are craving sugar and caffeine as our energy levels drop significantly during these intense periods of DNA upgrades.

The matrix conditions us to reach for stimulants when we feel tired. We are cogs in their wheel, programmed to work work work. Deprogramming requires we tune into our system, we respond to need not expectations or habit.

Aches and pains in our limbs, back, neck and shoulders can make us feel rundown. Stay hydrated. Many of us are drinking water all the time yet still experiencing dry skin, irritations and achiness.

The recalibration process requires massive amounts of water keeping our sysyems hydrated. We can’t really drink enough water. Aim to replace fizzy drinks, synthetic fruit juices and caffeine based drinks with water. Squeeze fresh fruit like lime or lemon into cold water to clean our tubes from the inside out. This will reenergise us.

Use deep moisturisers regularly on skin to avoid infection. Have moisture baths using essential oils to ease this deep and profound process of change.

Chakra activations to the throat, third eye and crown can really mess with our heads! Headaches, sudden tiredness, spaciness, struggling with linear living, forgetting appointments, feeling fuzzy and averse to comittments of our time can all be experienced.

If you find yourself needing to lie down, rest and even sleep in the day, this is not lazy or lax as the matrix tells us. This is an energetic response to the intense shifts in frequencies 2017 is bringing.

We use up lots of energy recalibrating our system. It’s important we allow ourselves to rest, give our systems the space to expand, strengthen and clear.

Heart and throat chakra expansion cause physical symptoms like heart palpitations, lower blood pressure, chest infections, coughs and flu symptoms. The stuck energy, the lower vibrations need to be loosened, shaken up and released. We expel mucus, a physical manifestation of energetic karma.

Dry stubborn coughs indicate trouble finding your voice. Feeling like something is caught in our throat or chest can signify blocks to heart led living or stepping into our true identity.

We can clear energetic discord and matrix interference enabling free flow through our energetic system. Seek rest, talk less, let your system realign itself with simpler living. Energy work like yoga, tai chi, reiki, sound baths can all help this process.

Ear popping, buzzing sounds and earache signify upper chakras coming online. We can hear the changes in frequency around us. This can make us feel sea sick as our systems adjust and try and stay balanced.

An overhaul of our general lifestyle may be required, unsurprising when you consider the incredible process we are experiencing. Accelerated evolution was never going to be easy. Tune up your antennae to your body, treat yourself gently.

This is going to be quite a ride beautiful people. Take care of your physical self to enable full appreciation of the upgrades available. Be kind to yourself. Slow down.

Seek soul nourishment with good people, good food and practising mindfulness. Staying in the present, sleeping when you need to, feeling the flow of gratitude for all that is good in our lives help steady our boats in these cosmic seas of transition.

TANAAZ orever Conscious): “Feeling Foggy? An Energetic Perspective on Brain Fog”

We all feel foggy at times. This foggy energy can hang around us like a dark cloud, confusing our thoughts, making us feel lethargic and blocking us from our creativity.

Brain fog traditionally has been associated with a poor diet. In fact, if you have been suffering with brain fog and have not been looking at your diet, you may want to start there first.

Usually the common culprits for brain fog include- a diet that is either too alkaline or too acidic, gluten, sugar, preservatives and artificial colorings and flavors. Certain medications may also be linked to brain fog, so you may want to check with your medical professional to see if there is an alternative solution.

Drinking lots of water and getting plenty of sleep are also excellent strategies when faced with feelings of brain fog.

As you begin your healing journey with brain fog, it may also be worth considering that it can sometimes be caused by the energy frequencies around you.

At any given time we are dealing with three main energies or frequencies:

  1. The energy of mind, body and spirit
  2. The energy of your environment and other people
  3. The Divine energy or Universal energy

These three energy fields are always there for you to access, but during a period of brain fog, often you are stuck between the energy of your mind, body and spirit (self) and the energy of your environment (other).

In many ways, brain fog is what happens when you get stuck between your inner world and your outer world.

More and more I am hearing from friends and clients about this constant feeling of brain fog and it may also be due to the energy shifts that we have recently been experiencing.

Empaths and those sensitive to energy are also more likely to find themselves in the midst of brain fog, as they have the ability to really feel all of the energies and frequencies that are at play. This can be overly stimulating, which can also cause a foggy feeling.

If you are suffering from brain fog, here are some suggestions on what you can do-

 

1.) Diet First

Your diet is so important to your health and overall energy field. If your mind is foggy, it very well could be a sign that you need to detox or change your diet. If you are on a detox diet and feeling foggy, this could also be a sign of your body struggling to release toxins. If this is the case, keep drinking lots of water and perhaps try supporting your elimination pathways and digestive system.

2.) Cleanse Your Energy

If you are surrounded in fog you have to pay particular attention to your energy. Start by taking your hand and brushing the energy from around your energy field. Imagine your hand brushing away any fog or clouds that may be surrounding you. Once you have done this, imagine sprinkling healing light all over your body that is protective and nourishing. You can also use other aura clearing practices like smudging, flower essences and sound healing and so on.

3.) Cleanse Your Environment

The next step is to cleanse your environment. You can’t cleanse other people without their permission but you can send them blessings and you can cleanse your space.

Smudging is the best way to cleanse a space but if you are not a fan of the smoke, you can also use essential oil sprays or visualise a white light permeating through the room. If you have to deal with negative people, try wearing a protective crystal or visualizing yourself in a cocoon of white light.

4.) Spend Time in Nature

The fastest way to rebalance your energy and clear away any fog is to spend time in nature. Perhaps make the time to go up into the mountains or down to the water to recharge your batteries and release any stuck energy that is surrounding you. In fact, just 30 minutes of being deep out in nature is enough to notice profound healing effects.

5.) Creative Activities

If you are dealing with brain fog it may be that you are overthinking about something or obsessing about something. In order to help release any thoughts and to channel the energy of your brain into something more productive, try a creative activity like drawing, colouring or painting. Creative activities are also very calming and can help to ease an overactive mind.

Brain fog is one of those things that will come and go at different times in your life. From a metaphysical perspective, brain fog occurs when you get stuck in a particular field of energy.

To counteract this, all you need to do is pay attention to the energy around you and within you and take action to rebalance and center yourself. Usually through just being aware of this, it is enough to help shift things.

1. Get a drink of water.

Get a drink of water.

You could be dehydrated! Your body needs water.  Not juice, soda, or alcohol — get a tall glass of water and make yourself drink all of it.

2. Make your bed.

When you have a lot to do and it feels overwhelming, making your bed can be the first step in getting your life on track.  It will also (hopefully) discourage you from getting back into it.

3. Take a shower.

Take a shower.

Life feels different when you’re clean!  And it can give you a burst of energy if you’re feeling lethargic.  Wash your hair and give yourself a head massage.

4. Have a snack — not junk food!

Did you eat enough today?  It’s super tempting to eat junk food when you feel like crap.  If you don’t feel like making a whole meal, maybe eat just a piece of fruit; something you can burn throughout the day and not in a burst of five minutes.

5. Take a walk.

6. Change your clothes.

Even if you aren’t going to leave the house today, put on real clothes.  Or, if you’ve been wearing the same uncomfortable clothes all day and feel restless, change into your sleepy clothes and slippers and relax.

7. Change your environment.

Staring at the same four walls day after day can be drudging.  Can you work from a cafe, a library, or a friend’s house?  If you can add going somewhere to the list of things you did today, you may feel more accomplished.

8. Talk to someone, not on the internet — it can be about anything.

If you don’t feel like talking through your troubles, that’s OK.  Visit a friend, talk to them about a movie you saw.  Call your mom and see how she’s doing.

9. Dance to an upbeat guilty pleasure song.

NOT ELLIOT SMITH! Pick something high energy and bump it.  Dance like a rock star for one song to get your blood pumping again.

10. Get some exercise.

Do some cardio, work up a sweat.  If you don’t have the time for a whole workout, look up a sun salutation on YouTube and stretch for as long as you have time.  Do some push-ups or sit-ups at your desk.

11. Accomplish something — even if it’s something tiny.

Do you need to grab some groceries?  Schedule a doctor’s appointment?  Reply to an email?  If you can’t get to the big stuff on your list, focus on the small stuff, and don’t forget to congratulate yourself for getting something done.

12. Hug an animal.

If you don’t have a pet, can you visit a friend’s?  Or can you go to an animal shelter?

13. Make a “done” list instead of a “to-do” list.

Instead of overwhelming yourself right now, start feeling better about what you did get done.  You can add “brushed teeth,” “washed dishes,” or “picked out an outfit” to your list.  It doesn’t matter how small the task, prove to yourself that you’re effectual.

15. Give yourself permission to feel shitty.

Give yourself permission to feel shitty.

You’re allowed to have a shitty day, and you don’t have to fix it all right now.  If you try to fix it and it doesn’t work, that doesn’t mean it’s hopeless.  Give yourself the time and space you need to feel what you’re feeling.

We all have times in our lives when we are feeling down and lacking inspiration.

We all have times when we are feeling chronically tired and in a desperate need of rest. But if this persists, it could be a sign that your soul is tired.

Even if you are getting the recommend 8 hours of sleep each night, if your soul is tired you are still going to wake up everyday feeling low and depleted of energy.

When your soul is tired, it is often a sign that you are living out of alignment with your purpose.

Your soul energy flows within you and when you lose connection to this flow, your energy can become weakened. Almost like that inner flame within starts to flicker out.

Most of us know when our soul is tired by the way that we feel each day, but here is another way to determine whether your soul is tired-

Rub your hands together quickly for a moment to generate and electric charge between your hands. After rubbing your hands together for about 30 seconds slowly separate your hands.

Do you feel a warmth or strong buzz coming from your hands? Keep separating your hands further and further apart until you can no longer feel the energy between them.

If you feel no energy, or if your hands stop before they reach about shoulder width,  it could very well be a sign that your energy is depleted and your soul is tired.

 

The top 10 things that can make your soul feel tired include-

  1. Not being true to yourself
  2. Saying yes when you really mean no
  3. Doing something that doesn’t fulfill your purpose

TANAAZ (Forever Conscious): “4 Questions That Will Shift Your Life to a Whole New Level”

Do you want to shift your life?

I am talking about real, radical and practical shifts that you can actually apply to your every day life. I am talking about change in such a profound way that you feel awakened, loved, supported and guided as you move through your journey.

Since writing on Forever Conscious, I have thought a lot about what people really need to do to turn their life around. I have also thought a lot about the methods that I have used to turn my life around.

While everyone’s journey is different, it really seems that time and time again, it comes down to addressing these four very important questions —

1.) What is the most supportive thing I can do for myself right now?

Take a moment to ask yourself this question. What is one supportive thing that you can do for yourself right now? It doesn’t have to be big, it doesn’t have to be grand, even the smallest supportive act can make a world of difference in your day.

Do you need to sit down for a moment? Do you need a cup of tea? Do you need to watch a funny cat video? Do you need to believe in yourself and what you are doing?

Try to keep your answer focused on the present moment. When you have your answer, go and do it. Make it a priority to support yourself throughout the day by asking yourself this question regularly.

If you want to shift your life, ask yourself this question at least four times a day and act on your answer every time. In less than a week you will start to notice profound changes.

2.) If I truly and absolutely loved myself, what would I do or tell myself in this situation?

We all should really love ourselves deeply, but many of us don’t or many of us forget the importance of self-love. By asking yourself this question, it allows you to approach all of your life decisions from a deeper place of love.

Get still for a moment and ask yourself this question, if I really deeply and madly loved myself, what would I say to myself? If you struggle with this, think of someone in your life that you love deeply. Imagine that they are you for a moment, what advice would you offer them?

One of the most powerful and profound changes you can make in your life is to love, accept and trust yourself. Once you build up that foundation, the rest of your life will fall into place, guaranteed.

3.) What do I need to take responsibility for in my life?

You and only you are responsible for your life. You are responsible for your thoughts, your actions and the words that come out of your mouth. You are responsible for the energy that you send out into the world. When you take responsibility for your life, you also claim something else- power.

When you are ready to take full ownership of your life, it allows you to step into your personal power so you can actually make practical changes to your life. When you take responsibility, it allows you to also see what is in your control and what is not in your control.

We cannot control every aspect of our lives, but by taking responsibility it allows us to focus on what we can change and what we have the power to change.

4.) What things/habits/feelings in my life are no longer serving me?

Get out a pen and paper and make a list of all the things, thoughts, feelings, relationships, emotions and habits that are no longer serving you. Keep writing until everything is out on paper.

When you look at your list, you may notice just one or two key things that are no longer serving you that seem to connect to everything else. Often when we address just one or two areas that are no longer serving us, the rest of it just takes care of itself.

Once you have narrowed down your list to one or two main things that are no longer serving you, see if you can find a way to shift or change things. The trick here is to keep it simple.

If the situation is not in your control, then perhaps it is best to work on bringing healing and acceptance to it. If the situation is in your control, ask yourself what small changes you need to make to support yourself through the process. If the situation is completely out of control, it may be that you need to release it from your life altogether.

You may also find that the other three questions can guide you to a solution.

By working with these four questions on a consistent basis, you will start to see amazing, magical and profound shifts taking place in your life. 🙂

TANAAZ (Forever Conscious): “The 3 Types of Energy Behind Your Anxiety”

As someone who has suffered with anxiety myself I understand how debilitating it can be. Sweaty palms and butterflies in your stomach are the least of your troubles when anxiety sets in.

The more I have travelled on the spiritual path, the more I have been able to get a handle on my anxiety. In fact, my anxiety rarely gets the better of me these days.

Learning how to cope with anxiety is possible. There is a solution out there for your anxiety, so don’t lose hope.

The first step to dealing with your anxiety is to understand it. While there is no “black and white” to understanding anxiety, I believe there are 3 types of energy that can cause anxiety:

1. Sensitive Energy Anxiety

A lot of highly emotional, intuitive and sensitive souls suffer from anxiety. This is because they are picking up on the energy around them all day, everyday. This can cause a lot of anxiety, especially if they are unaware that they are sensitive and prone to picking up other people’s energy or energetic debris in their environment.

If your anxiety is made worse by being in social situations, by being in a certain environment or when around certain people, it could very well be due to your sensitive soul.

2. Future Energy Anxiety

This anxiety is often experienced by those who think a lot. Over-thinking can generally lead to worry and worry can generally lead to anxiety. This type of anxiety is usually rooted in questions- “but what if this happens?”

Often this anxiety can be brought on by not knowing something or wanting to control situations that you can’t actually control. This type of anxiety can also come on when having to make future decisions or when thinking about the future.

If your anxiety is very worry-based or if you experience increased anxiety when having to make decisions or when thinking about the future, it could very well be due to your over active-mind and imagination.

3. Ascension Energy Anxiety

This anxiety is generally experienced when a lot of physical and energetic changes are occurring in your life. These changes may also bring shifting energy within you, which can cause you to feel all over the place and anxious.

Ascension anxiety may also bring new thoughts, confusion or a general feeling of uncertainty, and this in turn can also contribute to anxiety.

Ascension anxiety often occurs during awakenings or periods of great change and upheaval. Often the anxiety can come on before the changes begin, almost like you are picking up that something is about to change or shift in your life.

There is a lot of crossover with these types of anxieties, but by separating them it may help you to understand where your anxiety is mostly coming from.

Dealing with Sensitive Energy Anxiety

As a sensitive soul, it is very important to protect your energy and remain aware as to when you are picking up on other people’s energy and when it is your own. Things that can help you with this include-

 

Dealing with Future Energy Anxiety

Future anxiety starts in the mind, so the more you can tame and relax your mind, the less likely you are to get swept away in a flurry of anxious thoughts. Dealing with future anxiety starts by learning how to surrender control and tame any worrisome thoughts. Here are some suggestions to help-

  • Make peace with your over-active mind 
  • Give yourself an outlet that helps curb your thoughts such as creative projects and exercise
  • Be mindful of eating sugary foods as this can worsen an overactive mind
  • Learn the art of letting go and don’t try so hard to control things
  • Meditate to help calm your mind
  • Use mantras or positive affirmations to replace worry-filled thoughts
  • Try not to take your life so seriously and trust in the Universe’s plan for you
  • Stay in the present moment 

Dealing with Ascension Energy Anxiety

The best way to deal with ascension anxiety is to understand that it is all part of the process of raising your level of consciousness and shifting your life. The more you can bring acceptance to the feelings you are experiencing, the easier it is going to be to surrender to them. Here are some other ways to deal with ascension anxiety-

Anxiety manifests in all of us differently, but essentially anxiety is just a wave of energy. When that wave of energy comes in it is often held under the grips of our fears and ego, which turns the energy into a feeling of anxiousness.

When you can learn how to tame and release that wave of energy, you will no longer be in the grips of your anxiety.

TANAAZ (Forever Conscious): “Finding Your Own Healing Journey When Disease and Illness Come”

Many years ago I used to work at a little crystal shop giving intuitive readings. I met many interesting souls and heard many interesting stories, but one that I will never forget is of a young girl who came to see me.

She had just been diagnosed with some sort of illness and was devastated. I could feel the pain and fear in her body. Her eyes watered as she told me her story. She desperately needed me to tell her that everything was going to be ok. She wanted some clarity that her future was not doomed.

I tried my best to help her and off she went on her way. But I often think about her. I remember her sadness, I remember her pain, I remember how she felt betrayed by her body and angry with the world. I remember how she cried. I often wonder how she is doing today.

I don’t pretend to know what that is like, but I do know the feeling, that feeling that you get when you feel betrayed by your body.

You nourish it with food, you exercise, you eat right, you practice positive thinking, you are a good person…but sometimes it just doesn’t matter.

Sometimes no matter how much of a saint you are, illness still comes and sometimes, illness stays.

In today’s society, cancers, autoimmune diseases and chronic illnesses seem to be on the rise. You could blame the food, the toxins in the environment, the sedentary lifestyle that we all lead, but that is not what this is about.

This is about the healing journey and an alternative view point as to why illness comes.

Dis-Ease

Your body is an amazing creature. Every cell has a purpose. Every muscle, tissue, bone, nerve, everything is operating to serve you. Your body’s natural state of being is health. It wants to be healthy.

But then something happens to throw this health off balance and dis-ease presents itself. This dis-ease that comes can vary from person to person. Sometimes it’s a short term thing, and sometimes it’s a long term thing.

No one is immune to dis-ease.

With all the advancements in medical science, it may be possible to pin point the cause of the dis-ease. It may be possible to work out the root of illness and then go from there. But often, the root goes undetected.

This doesn’t mean that the root does not exist, it just means that it has not been found yet. Maybe it is not supposed to be found just yet, or maybe you haven’t looked hard enough.

Either way, there is a root just waiting to come to the surface.

The Healing Journey 

When your body is diseased it can cause a mountain of thoughts to well up. These thoughts range from anger to victim mode and hatred for your body.

All of these thoughts that rise to the surface, all of the feelings that rise to the surface surrounding your disease often hold a big clue.

If you are dealing with an illness, perhaps take a minute to write down all the thoughts and emotions that this illness is stirring within you. Write them all down on a piece of paper till there is not a single thought left.

Those emotions on that paper, they are all part of your healing journey and part of why this disease has presented in your life.

These emotions may not make sense to you just yet, but they hold clues as to what your healing journey is really about.

See disease is not there to make you miserable (although it can seem that way), disease is there to inspire you to tap deeper into your soul.

It is there to help you realise just how powerful and magical you are. It is there to help you realise that you are stronger than the disease.

Disease is a sign that you need to go deeper into your body and get to know it better.

Disease is your body’s way of communicating with you, of expressing something to you and often when you get close and listen, the body will reveal the root.

The Metaphysical Journey 

On a metaphysical level, disease often presents as a tool of growth and spiritual development. Having any type of long term dis-ease will test you, but it will also inspire you to go deeper into who you really are.

Disease may bring death or it may bring a chance at a new life, but either way, disease is your opportunity for growth.

Disease is a reminder that you have a powerful, magical and amazing body that has the potential to do incredible things.

The more you can get to know your body through the disease and the more you can connect with and love your body, the easier it will be to navigate through the process.

The Cure

People reverse diseases all the time. People heal from diseases all the time. That can be you, but it also may not be you.

It is important to understand that it is not about the disease itself, it is about the journey. While you have a powerful, amazing and magical body that is capable of miracles, your path with this disease serves a higher purpose that you may not quite understand just yet.

The more you can accept that. The more you can feel the strength from that rather than the fear, the more you can feel confident with who you are, your journey and your body, the easier it will be for you to cure yourself.

Curing yourself doesn’t necessarily mean that you are free of the disease, but it does mean that you are free of the emotions that keep you attached to the disease.

While at times it may be possible to separate the two, it may help you to view your disease a little differently.

Welcome Miracles 

Miracles happen all the time. Magic happens all the time. If you can start focusing on the tiny, daily miracles inside your own body, no matter how diseased it is, you will start to see just how miracles work.

Disease really begins on an internal level first and then moves out to the external. In many ways, you are a co-creator of your disease, but this is ok. You didn’t do anything wrong, perhaps this was just the way it was meant to be.

Perhaps your soul has come to learn something from all of this. Perhaps your destiny has guided you this way because it is the perfect path for you.

It doesn’t mean that you can’t change it, but it does hopefully, help to inspire you on your own magical healing journey.

Loving Your Body 

No matter how disease has taken over your body. No matter how grim it all may be, your body, mind, heart and soul still loves you.

Your physical body is temporary, it is a temporary vessel to house your soul on its journey here. Your physical body is not forever and is always changing through time.

There are many things that you can do to activate your own self healing ability, but the number one task of disease is to learn how to love yourself.

When you can do that, when you can truly, truly love yourself, disease and all, the rest will take care of itself.
